strawberry. by shiny-emerald strawberry. by shiny-emerald
Just some random photo I took two months after I got my camera. c:
Critique about colour adjustment, cropping and the concept itself is always appreciated. :>

I came to see other of your works :) I like the cropping because the main subject is the strawberry. The background colors fit the red in strawberry and this pic is otherwise good. But only one thing I'd change is the lighting of the strawberry. Now in my opinion it is too dark and I'd move the focus a bit to the right so the green part would be sharp as well. The brighter lighting would bring the strawberry more out of the pic. Very good pic and good luck for the later photographing! :) Sorry this is too long but I hope this helps even a bit :D

Thanks so much for both compliment and advice. c:  Personally, I like the sharpness of the photo and am quite content with it, but your advice is interesting nonetheless.
Don't worry, I really appreciate the time you spent for me. :>

You could try brighten up some of the dark areas, and I personally would crop some from the right since there's a bit of wasted space there - maybe a square crop :giggle: The bokeh is awesome though ;) And good focus too!
